friendly staff

This was just a smart choice for a brief visit in Merida with excellent value. The maintenance staff were really friendly and eager to help fix our shower issues. Make sure to ask for extra towels at check-in to avoid any delays later on.

Very diligent staff, perfectly clean hotel, brand-new and well-maintained room. Very nice clean building and rooms with the balcony. Particularly good and amazing location near an early colonial cathedral. Just 5 minutes walking to the city center. A good restaurant available in the venue.

Excellent location near great restaurants and downtown activities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, equipped with two double beds. The pool provided a pleasant spot to relax. The Wi-Fi was unreliable , and there were few dining options nearby. Despite these drawbacks, the complimentary water and the fresh French patisseries were a nice touch.
